There Are Fish Burgers on Fridays

  • 2 piece Fish fillet
  • 2 piece Hamburger buns
  • 8 disc Cucumber
  • 4 disc Tomato
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dill
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 4 tbsp Wake-Up flour
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Simply cut the fish fillet into slightly coarser minced fish. You could also let it through the wolf, but if it is a bit chunky it tastes better to me.
  2. Mix the minced fish with salt, pepper, nutmeg, dill, egg and the baking flour and let it steep.
  3. Cut open the burger buns and roast a little on both sides on the grill. Place a dollop of majo and lettuce on the bottom, then place the freshly grilled fishcake on top.
  4. Put a dollop of majo on the top of the burger bun and with a few slices of tomato (if you like) on top and the delicious fish burger is ready.
