Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ lemon(s), zest
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • cinnamon sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and the zest of half a lemon into a soft dough. Grease a springform pan and pour the dough into it. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Score the outside of the apple with a knife and press it into the dough, with the scored side facing up. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
