Porcini mushroom pasta according to Grandma Brigitte

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g porcini mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of caraway powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and finely chop the porcini mushrooms, and sauté them unseasoned with the chopped garlic cloves. They should be almost soft. Add cream, white wine, and caraway seeds. Let it reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions. Then drain and serve the pasta with the mushrooms. My son and I love it.
