Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 banana(s), ripe
- 1 apple
- 2 eggs
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tbsp cane sugar, if desired
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 10 tbsp flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- 100 g butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Heat the butter but do not let it get hot. Peel the bananas, grate the apple with or without the peel, and add both to the bowl. Mash both ingredients in the bowl, using a masher if necessary. Add the sugar, cinnamon, salt, eggs, and the softened butter, and mix everything with a whisk. Now add the flour, mix well, and finally add the chocolate sprinkles. Pour everything into a bread or cake pan (loaf pan) and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Do the skewer test. The banana bread is ready when no dough sticks to the wooden skewer.
