Mushroom pan with ham and pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g pasta (spirals)
  • 375 g mushrooms
  • 65 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese, grated (Gouda or Emmental)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water until slightly tender, then drain well. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice the ham and onion and fry in the butter. Add the mushrooms and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese, cover the pan, and let the cheese melt over low heat. Serve with a crisp salad.
