Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g rice, cooked, from the previous day
  • 150 g roast beef, cooked, with gravy, from the day before
  • 15 g herb butter
  • 200 g apple of your choice (organic)
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Rice casserole with roast beef under apple topping

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a casserole dish with butter and add the rice. Season to taste, if desired. Pour the beef and sauce over the rice. Peel and core the apples, then slice them and arrange them over the meat. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and place it on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the oven.
