Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g rice
- salt water
- 800 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 3 bell peppers, red, green, yellow
- 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 200 ml soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- some margarine

Rice pot with minced meat and vegetables
Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Massage the soy sauce into the minced meat and let it rest. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and then stir in the soy sauce. Peel the bell peppers and carrots and cut both into small cubes. Slice the leek into rings. Brown the minced meat and season with soy sauce and pepper if desired. When almost all of the liquid from the meat has evaporated, add it to the rice and stir in well. Briefly fry the leek in margarine and stir in. Stir in the vegetables and reheat/roast everything (they shouldn’t be cooked – they should stay nice and crunchy) and stir in. This dish can be varied with other vegetables. Divided into portions, it freezes perfectly.
