Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g almonds, chopped or sliced
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar or honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g cranberries
  • 1 cup of cream (200 g)
  • 5 tbsp eggnog for decoration
  • 1 handful of chocolate, grated, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Mix the nuts, egg, baking powder, sugar, cocoa, and butter into a batter and pour into a greased springform pan. Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes. Make sure the crust doesn’t overcook. Let it cool slightly, then scatter the cranberries on top. Whip the cream until stiff and spread it over the crust just before serving. Garnish with eggnog and grated chocolate.
