Red Pointed Pepper …

The perfect red pointed pepper … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Red pointed pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Pinches Seasoned pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Wash the pointed peppers, cut in half lengthways, remove the pips with the inner skins and halve the vegetables again lengthways.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the pepper pieces, season with pepper and fry for two minutes while turning. Add a tablespoon of water and immediately close the pot with a lid. Cook for only 3 to 4 minutes, sprinkle with salt and serve.
  3. We love these lightning-fast vegetables and enjoyed them today with a neck steak with potato rösti.
