- 1 Pc. Red peppers
- 1 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
- 1 Pc. Pickles
- Parsley crispy fresh
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1) Put a red pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil in a blender, chop the peppers. 2) Add the garlic, a little parsley and the pickles, chop and mix. 3) Mix well with yogurt and let stand briefly. 4) Season with salt and pepper, mix well, garnish with a parsley leaf and serve
