Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 500 g yogurt (vanilla)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (Paradise Cream Vanilla)
  • 1 jar sauce (strawberry sauce)
  • Chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Combine the batter ingredients and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (400°F), then let cool. Add the vanilla sugar to the yogurt, dissolve the gelatin, and stir in. Whip a cup of cream until stiff and fold it into the mixture. Spread everything on the cake base. Whip the remaining cream, add the paradise cream, and spread it over the yogurt mixture using a piping bag. Spread the strawberry sauce over the top and grate white chocolate, such as Parmesan, over the top. Tastes best when well chilled.
