Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 ml coffee
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- ½ banana(s), ripe
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare the coffee. Stir the coconut milk into the hot coffee. Add the banana and brown sugar. Blend everything thoroughly with a blender or hand blender. Let cool, pour into cocktail glasses, and serve with a few ice cubes.
