Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • 165 g butter
  • 175 g coconut chips
  • 85 g sugar
  • 85 g coconut blossom sugar or cane sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the sugar, butter, egg, and flour in a bowl and knead into a dough. Roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Combine all the topping ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the sugar has dissolved, pour the mixture onto the dough and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. After baking, cut into small squares and let cool. Decorate with melted chocolate, if desired.
