Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of lemon zest
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 200 g butter (soft)
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- Food coloring, red and red sugar writing
- Sweets (white sugar pearls and Smarties)

Prepare a shortcrust pastry, shape it into a ball, and flatten it slightly. Cover and chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough in portions on a floured surface to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Cut out circles about 6-7 cm in diameter from the rolled-out dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool. Mix the powdered sugar and water until smooth, divide the icing in half. Tint half pink. Decorate the cookies with the powdered sugar icing and icing to create a Santa Claus face. Decorate with sugar pearls and chocolate drops.
