Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- 2 bananas
- 300 g flour
- 175 g sugar
- 180 g butter
- 250 g yogurt (banana yogurt)
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder

Cherry banana cake – super moist!
Grease the springform pan and preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Cut the butter into pieces and cream it with the vanilla sugar and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then combine the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the banana yogurt. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork, and mix them into the batter. Drain the cherries, reserving the kirsch. Stir the cherries and a dash of kirsch into the batter. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 75 minutes using a fan oven. Let the cake cool for about an hour and then remove it from the pan.
