Stuffed eggs with ham

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g ham (e.g. Black Forest)
  • e.g. chives
  • e.g. mayonnaise
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, dice the ham very finely. Once the eggs are hard-boiled, peel them and cut them lengthwise. Remove the yolks from the whites using a small spoon or similar tool. Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then add the ham cubes and make a cream with the mayonnaise. Finely chop the chives and stir them in. Season with a little pepper (I’m always careful with salt because ham is often salty and the eggs quickly become very salty). Finally, pour the egg yolk mixture back into the eggs and serve.
