Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of rice (125 g each)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, clean the bell peppers and dice them along with the cooked ham. Mix the remaining ingredients to make the salad dressing. Add the rice. Add the bell peppers and cooked ham and fold everything in. Let the salad sit for at least an hour. Tip: The salad tastes even better with jasmine rice.
