- 10 m.-sized shrimp
- ¼ iceberg lettuce
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ red bell pepper(s), diced
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- n. B. cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, heat a pan with olive oil and wait a moment until it sizzles. Then, fry the previously sliced mushrooms, shrimp, and diced bell peppers for 5-7 minutes (not too long, or the shrimp will become tough). Now, just chop the lettuce and any cucumbers and place them on a plate. Add the shrimp, mushrooms, and bell peppers, marinate everything with oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
