Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 head of Lollo Rosso, cleaned
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce, cleaned
- 10 ml white wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp dry white wine
- 5 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp oil
- Sugar
- 20 g butter
- 150 g shrimp
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cut the fillet into 1 cm thin slices, season with salt and pepper. Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the meat for about 1 hour. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and arrange in the center of the plates. Drizzle with the salad dressing. Heat the butter and sear the fillet slices for 1 minute on each side. Turn over, then add the shrimp and heat through. Arrange the fillet slices and shrimp decoratively around the lettuce leaves.
