Gnocchi in ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g cream cheese spread
  • 150 ml broth
  • 1 shot of milk
  • some parsley, fresh
  • some clarified butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Brown the gnocchi in clarified butter. Meanwhile, dice the onion and cooked ham. Remove the gnocchi from the pan and place on a plate. Add the onion and cooked ham to the pan and brown everything. Deglaze with the broth and simmer. Then add the cream and cream cheese. Bring to a boil and add the gnocchi and parsley to the pan. Add a splash of milk and simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
