Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 9 tbsp water, hot
  • 1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar, white
  • n. B. Pepper, black from the mill
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Roughly chop the garlic and chili and grind them with the sugar in a mortar and pestle until a paste forms. Add hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
