Shrimp salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g shrimp(s), ready to eat
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs. This takes about 8-10 minutes. Then drain and rinse. Peel and quarter, if desired, or cut slightly smaller. For the sauce, combine all ingredients (except the cress). Carefully fold the shrimp and eggs into the sauce. Wash the cress and sprinkle it over the salad. We usually just serve it with black bread. You can also use sour cream instead of mayonnaise, which makes the salad lighter.
