Avocado tartar and crab meat or crab meat imitation (surimi)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados, cut into small cubes
  • 150 g crab meat or crab meat imitation (surimi), cut into small pieces
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion(s), cut into small pieces
  • ½ red bell pepper(s), cut into small pieces
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small pieces
  • some chili flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Tartar de aguacate y cangrejo or palitos surimi de cangrejo

Once sliced, drizzle the avocado with lemon juice. Then mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Serve with fresh baguette or toast.
