Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt and pepper, ground
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for Tupperware Ultra Plus

Peel the potatoes and chop them in the Quick Chef. Chop the onions in the Quick Chef. Combine everything in a bowl and add the egg, bacon, and seasoning. Grease a 3L Ultra Plus casserole dish and pour in the mixture. Drizzle the oil over the mixture and sprinkle generously with paprika. Microwave the casserole uncovered at 600 watts for 15 minutes, then at 375 watts for another 10 minutes.
