  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 chocolate bar (Knoppers peanut bar)
  • 125 g sugar

  • 125 g margarine
  • 125 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

simple, fast

Peel and core the pear, and cut into small, fine pieces. Cut the peanut bar into equally small pieces. Beat the sugar and eggs with a hand mixer, then add the margarine. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add it, and mix again with a hand mixer. Mix in the pear and chocolate bar pieces. Do not mix with a hand mixer! Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Dust the cake with powdered sugar after it has cooled. Note: I used a small baking pan. If you choose a larger pan, you should double the ingredients and adjust the baking time.
