Raw vegetables with red cabbage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ heads of red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 onion(s), thinly sliced
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 80 ml mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Red Cabbage Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and onion. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, and lemon juice and fold into the cabbage mixture. Mix well. Season to taste, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Can be served chilled or at room temperature. Tip: Please do not use yogurt instead of sour cream; it will be too spicy!
