Fusilli with broccoli baked

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g fusilli
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 200 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • some salt
  • some pepper, black
  • some basil
  • some paprika powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Sauté the broccoli. Fry the onions and ground beef with the tomato paste until crispy and brown, then season with the spices. Stir in half of the cream. Grease a baking dish and pour in half of the drained, cooked-al dente fusilli. Layer half of the meat, broccoli, and cheese on top. Repeat the process, but without the cheese. Spread the remaining cream over the broccoli, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
