Yogurt-cranberry-oat muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 150 g yogurt 3.5%
  • 130 g cranberries from the jar
  • 50 g white chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Makes 12 muffins

Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder, and oats and stir into the mixture. Stir in the yogurt and fold in the cranberries. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. A few dollops of white chocolate coating go well as a topping.
