Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 small onion(s)
- 75 g margarine
- 500 g leek
- 100 g bacon
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 150 g whipped cream
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 20 minutes
For the dough: Knead together flour, 1 egg, milk, salt, cheese, grated onion, and margarine, and refrigerate. For the topping: Blanch the leek, fry the bacon and ham, whisk 3 eggs with cream, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a springform pan at 140 degrees Celsius for approximately 30-40 minutes.
