Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta (horn pasta)
- 250 g cooked ham, poultry or sausage
- 250 g peas, green, tender
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 2 apples, juicy sour
- mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp cream or yogurt
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 45 minutes
Cook the pasta and let it cool. In the meantime, dice the ham or sausage. Cook the peas with the peeled carrots. Dice the carrots and let it cool. Mix the pasta with the sausage, peas, and diced carrots. Peel the apples and slice them into small sticks. Mix the salad with cream or yogurt and season with a little salt and mayonnaise (to taste). Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to fully develop.
