Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • possibly chili powder
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • some cheese, grated
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

simple, quick, delicious

Chop the chicken breast into small pieces and fry in a pan with oil. Add the finely chopped spring onions. Season everything with salt, pepper, sambal oelek, and chili powder, if desired. Add the passata and simmer slightly. Cook the spaghetti for 5-6 minutes until half cooked, then drain and place on a greased baking sheet or roasting pan. Spread the tomato sauce over the spaghetti. Pour the hollandaise sauce over the spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the dish in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
