Tomato gnocchi pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 4 tbsp herb butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 800 g gnocchi (from the refrigerated section)
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 120 g cheese (grated Gouda)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry, and slice. Heat butter in an ovenproof pan. Fry the fillets for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic cloves and press them in. Add the gnocchi and fry for another 3 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Wash and trim the tomatoes, cut them into wedges, and add them to the gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chili sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 8 minutes.
