Creamy cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of dill, or parsley or chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • white wine vinegar
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp salad cream, with yogurt
  • some condensed milk, 10%

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the cucumbers from tip to stem with a vegetable peeler and slice thinly with a mandoline into a bowl. Add a little salt, sugar, and pepper and massage it into the cucumber slices. Peel the onion and finely dice. Wash and finely chop the dill, parsley, or chives. Drain the cucumber water to prevent the dressing from becoming watery. Add the onions and herbs. Add the cream, yogurt salad dressing, a little condensed milk, and a splash of white wine vinegar and mix everything together. Taste for seasoning before serving and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
