Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green, fresh
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 1 tbsp bacon cubes, fried in oil
  • e.g. vinaigrette
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Green bean salad

Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Halve the flat green beans lengthwise. Cook in salted water with nutmeg for 10 minutes and drain. Then, in a salad bowl, toss the beans with onions, pepper, and bacon bits and season with the vinaigrette. Garnish with egg slices and sprinkle with parsley.
