Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g zucchini
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 150 g bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 50 g feta cheese or white cheese
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s) (wild salmon)
  • Pizza seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers, and feta cheese. Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the zucchini and bell peppers, add the tomatoes and cheese, and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning. Rinse the fish, pat dry, and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fry with a little olive oil. Serve on a plate with the vegetables. You can also use fresh basil instead of pizza seasoning.
