Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 can of corn
- 150 g peas, frozen
- 200 g tomatoes, pureed
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the onion and slice it into wedges. Dice the bell pepper. Drain the corn. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat until crumbly, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and remove from the pan. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in the frying fat, add the corn and peas, and deglaze with the passata. Bring everything to a boil and then add the minced meat back in. Simmer the minced meat for about 5 minutes and season with the spices. Serve with rice.
