Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tbsp Bolognese sauce, rest
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 mushrooms, brown
- 5 date tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 200 ml beef broth
- 2 tbsp sour cream

Peel the onion. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems from the tomatoes. Cut everything into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry all the cubes, deglaze with the broth, and stir in the sour cream. Add everything to the rest of the Bolognese and simmer for about 10 minutes.
