easy to prepare, ideal for parties, hot or cold

Cut the salami, ham, mountain cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes, bell peppers, pickles, and pineapple into small cubes. Divide the ingredients into three bowls as follows: Bowl 1: Half of the salami, mozzarella, tomatoes. Bowl 2: Half of the ham, half of the mountain cheese, half of the salami, half of the bell peppers, pickles. Bowl 3: Half of the ham, half of the bell peppers, half of the mountain cheese, pineapple, curry. Divide the sour cream between the three bowls. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste, and stir well. Slice the baguettes and spread each slice with one of the three toppings. Bake in the oven at 200°C until golden brown. If you’re having vegetarians, I recommend a version with feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives.
