Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 550 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g nougat
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 8 tbsp cream
  • 200 g white chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Mix all of the ingredients together to form a dough, then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Roll out the dough, cut out small round cookies, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12-15 minutes. Then let the cookies cool. For the filling, melt the chocolate and nougat (e.g., on a low heat in the microwave). Then stir in the cream. Once the mixture has cooled, spread it on one cookie and cover with a second one. Fill all of the cookies in this way. Then spread the top of each cookie with melted white chocolate coating. Makes about 50 cookies.
