Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 g low-fat curd cheese
- 40 g butter, soft
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp, heaped protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 dashes sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 handful of berries
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients, except the berries, in a bowl and mix until a creamy batter forms. Then gently stir in the berries (I prefer blueberries). Lightly grease the waffle iron and bake the waffles until lightly browned. For the finishing touch, I always top with delicious strawberries.
