Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 200 g almonds, ground
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g oil
  • 4 apples
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with almonds

Whisk the eggs, xylitol, and oil until well combined. Combine the almonds, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt and stir into the egg mixture. Peel the apples and cut them into small wedges. Stir them into the batter and pour into a springform pan. Bake the cake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 40 minutes.
