Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for example as a barbecue side dish

Dice the cucumber, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Place the corn and kidney beans in a sieve, rinse briefly, and let drain. Cut the Gouda into cubes. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. We like the salad best when it’s left to stand for 2-3 hours, but no longer. This way, the Gouda is nice and soft.
