Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 roulade(s), beef
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp chili pepper(s), finely chopped, alternatively chili powder/flakes
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado(s), ripe, chopped
- ½ lime(s), the juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper, freshly ground
- some oil for frying

In a bowl, make a sauce with the juice of half a lime, olive oil, tomato paste, mustard, salt, and pepper (the amounts can vary depending on your taste). Fold in the chopped avocado and the chopped tomato. Cut the beef into 1-2 cm thick strips and sear it with the chili and garlic in a little oil in a very hot pan, ensuring the meat remains medium-rare (be careful, this doesn’t take very long!). Add the hot meat, along with any cooking juices, to the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately while still lukewarm!
