Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potato dumplings
- ½ onion(s), diced
- n.e. herbs, frozen (e.g. 8-herb mix)
- 200 g smoked salmon
- n. B. horseradish
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
quick and easy dish
Fry the dumplings. After a short time, add the diced onions and herbs. Continue frying until the dumplings are golden brown and crispy. Serve with smoked salmon and horseradish.
