Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 meatballs, Turkish (ready-made product), e.g. lamb/beef mixed
- 1 small onion(s), 5 mm slices
- 3 m.-sized tomatoes, halved
- 1 pointed pepper, Turkish
- 200 g rice, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
when you can’t think of anything else
Fry the meatballs without fat! until well cooked, but not completely cooked through. Sauté the halved peppers and sliced onions vigorously. Add the tomatoes, remove the peppers when they’re al dente, reduce the heat, and wait. Push everything to the side, add the rice, and heat through. Stir in the peppers again, let them simmer, and place the meatballs on top. Let them simmer.
