Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g sauerkraut (preferably fresh)
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- n. B. stock for deglazing
- Soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 200 g cheese (e.g. Emmental), grated
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 400 g pasta
- salt water

Family recipe, very tasty
Chop the vegetables. Brown the minced meat with the onions, add the bell peppers, and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sauerkraut, pour in about 300 ml of broth, add the tomato paste, and bring to a boil. Season with soy sauce to taste. Mix the sour cream with the two eggs and fold in the cheese. Meanwhile, cook the noodles al dente in salted water. Place them in a baking dish, add the sauerkraut mixture, and pour over the sour cream sauce. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
