Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 400 g Chinese cabbage
- 100 g spring onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- curry powder
- Ginger
- turmeric
- Tomato paste
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil for frying
- 150 g mie noodles
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into small cutlets, season, and fry in sesame oil. Remove and keep warm. Peel the onion and garlic, dice them, and sauté briefly. Add the washed and chopped vegetables, season, and sauté until al dente. Place the mie noodles in warm water for about 3 minutes, then fry briefly in a pan. Arrange on plates and serve.
