Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion(s), chopped
  • 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • 100 small North Sea crabs
  • 100 g chicken breast fillet(s), finely chopped
  • 200 g spaghetti, thin or Chinese noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • Sambal Oelek
  • some butter, garlic butter
  • some herb butter
  • a little olive oil or wok oil
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 pepper, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the vegetables. Rub the wok pan with olive oil or wok oil and heat. Sauté the vegetables with a little stock and soy sauce and season with spices. Add the garlic butter and herb butter (for flavor). Cook the noodles separately according to the package instructions. Add the cooked noodles and chicken to the wok. Season again with stock, spices, chili peppers, and soy sauce. The mixture can be a little runny at times. Mix everything well and add the crabs at the end (otherwise they will be too hard). Continue cooking for a little longer until the liquid has evaporated or been absorbed and the crabs are cooked.
