Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 200 g butter
- 5 tbsp water
- Salt
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 g diced ham
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 150 g cream cheese
- 250 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and water with half a teaspoon of salt. The finished dough is then refrigerated for half an hour. Fry the sliced pointed cabbage and diced ham in a little sunflower oil and season with pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic. Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, three eggs, and grated Parmesan to make a sauce. Place the cooled dough in a baking dish, forming a rim. Place the pointed cabbage and diced ham on the dough, then pour the sauce on top. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
