  • 1 pointed cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g diced ham

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g Parmesan

In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and water with half a teaspoon of salt. The finished dough is then refrigerated for half an hour. Fry the sliced ​​pointed cabbage and diced ham in a little sunflower oil and season with pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic. Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, three eggs, and grated Parmesan to make a sauce. Place the cooled dough in a baking dish, forming a rim. Place the pointed cabbage and diced ham on the dough, then pour the sauce on top. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
